Guns N’ Roses are not amused

Guns N’ Roses were apparently not amused by a recent prank by punk rockers The Offspring. With GNR’s new album Chinese Democracy having been delayed for years, The Offspring tossed around the idea of naming their new album Chinese Democracy (You Snooze You Loose) :D.

The response they got was a cease and desist letter from Guns N’ Roses’ lawyers.

Britney’s label tell her to shape up

Britney Spears’s label (Jive Records) have told her to shape up or she is done for. An Australian tabloid is reporting they told her to “to lose weight and clean up her image or her career will be over.”

Jessica Simpson moves to Epic Records

Jessica Simpson signs new record deal

Jessica Simpson has signed a new deal with her record label, Columbia Records worth $35 million.

A spokesperson for the label said “Jessica is one of the most consistent, hard-working artists we have on our roster. She really has earned this deal. But this wasn’t an exchange of money for guaranteed anything.”
